Payment in full is due when order is placed.

For 1-3 garments, please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time. For 4-10 garments, please allow at least 4 weeks. 6-8 weeks REQUIRED for larger orders. Actual delivery time may be less depending on workload. If your order must be delivered in less time than stated here, a rush order charge of $125.00 will apply plus actual express shipping charges.

FOR ALREADY MADE ITEMS LISTED ON THE READY -TO-GO TABS, PLEASE USE THE ADD TO CART BUTTONS ON THIS SITE to checkout.

FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS, please plan ahead so that there's ample time to send in your payment via money order or cashier’s check. GOPcoga does NOT accept personal checks, no exceptions.   If paying via money order, please  send the following info: which garment(s) you are ordering, your size and your fabric and color preferences. Send this information to garmentofpraisecoga.@yahoo.com and I will send you an invoice which includes shipping /handling costs. Please make money order out to Annette Johnson and mail to:  Garment of Praise coga. P.O. Box 126, Lilburn, GA 30048-0126. Please see below for shipping fee information. You may also download the order form below and submit with your payment; however, you will still need to contact me so I can calculate shipping charges for you.

As of 1/24/11, add to cart buttons have been added for all items, for your convenience! Once you add an item to the cart, you will have an opportunity to edit the  price to correspond to your size. PLEASE BE SURE TO REVIEW ALL INFORMATION IN  YOUR CART. Shipping/Handling will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart once you add your zip code.

Shipping & Handling Fees: Garments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Svc.  A handling fee of $3.50 will be added to the shipping fee. Shipping will automatically be calculated, including a  $3.50 handling fee per order, for all orders placed via the website. For orders placed via the form below or via email, the shipping and handling fees will be calculated for you and will be included on the invoice you receive.
